Snack Theater
Snack Theater was a night of extravagant cabaret theater at Chelsea Music Hall. Created and produced by Rara Darling and Angelica Sundae, Snack Theater brings together drag, burlesque, and other variety acts to tell a cohesive story. Each show has a different theme and uses elements of camp with a signature dark and sadistic twist to have audiences laughing, crying, and shaking in fear! A spectacular with highly conceptual acts, high production value, and an opportunity for everyone to hit the stage with themed runway contests, Snack Theater was cabaret like you've never seen it before.
PRIMAL SCREAM
Queer cabaret, dance party, and sensual teaching dungeon, “Primal Scream,” was co-produced with drag artist Theydy Bedbug at the legendary Bizzare Bar in Brooklyn and began Spring of 2018. “Primal Scream” centered queer, trans, BIPOC performers and sex workers in a series of performances followed by sensory kink stations that focus on using BDSM to heal trauma, foster connection, and normalize consent.
KEEPEASY
Keepeasy was a live band burlesque show produced by Rara Darling & Midnight Moon. Rara & Midnight have produced over 100 shows including live jazz, beautiful and diverse burlesque, gogo dancing, consent education, comedy, games, and live band open mics. The show featured many of the most renowned burlesque performers from all over the world.
